4. I acknowledge that all online transactions are non-refundable. If less than 48 hours notice is given for a cancellation of a booking of a one question reading or one-on-one reading the fee will be forfeited. If more than 48 hours notice is given for a cancellation of a booking, automatic rescheduling of the booking is not guaranteed but is dependent on availability within future sessions.

5. I agree that by signing up with psychicjulianna.com, I will periodically receive e-mails information and promotional communications from psychicjulianna.com and will be automatically subscribed to the weekly psychicjulianna.com newsletter.

6. I warrant that I will use psychicjulianna.com for lawful purposes only. I will never use my membership or account to do any of the following:
• Promote or transmit any harmful, threatening, unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, abusive, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise unacceptable content.
• Promote or transmit any material associated to minors, bestiality, incest, extreme sado-masochism or bondage.
• Distract, harass, disturb another Member and/or Expert and/or Visitor of psychicjulianna.com or any other person.
• Try to acquire personal information, login details or account from any Member and/or Expert on psychicjulianna.com or anyone from Julianna Suranyi's or Nicole Fisher's associated businesses.
• Represent myself as being an agent, associate, employee, owner or representative of or as being otherwise connected to psychicjulianna.com or Julianna Suranyi  or Nicole Fisher or their associated businesses.
• Advertise, promote any other service, website or business on psychicjulianna.com. Julianna Suranyi and Nicole Fisher and their employees reserve the right to remove anyone from the website, database or in live interactions online if they are in breach of these guidelines.

 

PsychicJulianna one-on-one question psychic readings

 

1. Participation in a one-on-one psychic reading with Julianna costs $77 AUD for 30 minutes online.

 

2. In the one-on-one psychic reading you are able to ask Julianna unlimited questions within a 30 minute time period. If you feel that you will not be able to have all of your questions answered within 30 minutes, then purchase two one-on-one readings for an hour session;

 

3. In the one-on-one psychic reading Julianna spends 30 mins online with you exclusively – it is your domain to ask anything in total privacy;

 

4. After your one-on-one psychic reading online with Julianna a psychicjulianna.com team member will send you a full transcript of your one-on-one psychic reading so that you can refer to your questions and answers as often as you like.

 

5. In a one-on-one psychic reading format the interaction with Julianna happens by you typing your questions into the white box with the blue bubble at the base of the page during the chat and Julianna typing her responses to you – but you and Julianna are the only people in your reading exclusively.

 

6. Participation in a one-on-one psychic reading with Julianna is only confirmed once your $77 AUD payment has been received by psychicjulianna.com before the start of the session. A password to the chat session will be provided to you to confirm your participation in the session.

7. If your payment isn’t confirmed (due to your credit card transaction taking time to process or other reasons related to financial transactions) in time for the chat session you have purchased participation in then we will be in contact via email to let you know and to help you organise participation in the next most suitable chat time.

8. If you pay for participation in a one-on-one psychic reading with Julianna but are late in logging on for the start time of your session, you miss out on those minutes with Julianna. psychicjulianna.com is under no obligation to, nor will we, make up the time you have lost for internet issues or connection issues at your end. All onus to participate in the one-on-one psychic reading with Julianna is on you to join at the start of the session you have paid for. If you have paid for participation in a one-on-one psychic reading with Julianna but miss it altogether, you forfeit your money.

9. In the event that a session is cancelled by psychicjulianna.com: If we advertise a one-on-one psychic reading with Julianna and allow clients to purchase it and it then gets cancelled due to the late onset of illness or unavoidable circumstances, psychicjulianna.com will contact any confirmed participants via email to organise for their participation in the next available chat session in the first instance, or the next suitable chat session in the second instance. In the rare circumstances where psychicjulianna.com cannot accommodate a client in a future chat session and we have cancelled the original session, a refund will be given.
